What information does Essence of the Himalayas collect about me?

Why do you collect personal information?
In line with our commitment to best practice regarding data protection, we will use your name and e-mail information to contact you about our news, activities and new blogposts - if you have agreed to us doing so by signing up for our Newsletter or Meditation Blog.
Our communications consist of e-newsletters and occasionally other ad hoc communications via email. If you want us to keep you updated on our news and activities but haven’t yet opted in, you can do so by signing up for our e-newsletter in the footer of our website.

We will not at any time sell or exchange your information.
